IPPC-Brazil will be held at the Ibirapuera Convention Center in Sao Paulo city, Brazil. This three-day event included over 100 presentations related to identified fields of expertise in developing science, technology, and marketing of phytoproducts used in cosmetics, personal care, and phytotherapy.
The Fifth International Phytocosmetics and Phytotherapy Congress (IPPC) aimed to underscore essential associations in scientific knowledge utilized in the production of phytocosmetics and practicing phytotherapy. The associations that call for strengthening a multidisciplinary collaboration among scientists, professionals, and other main stakeholders. The vast diversity of plant species in various geographic areas such as rain forests of Americas, arid lands of Africa and other locations have provided excellent resources for the raw material of millions of natural products in health care, personal care, and cosmetics that were included in over 80 presentations at the event.
IPPC2016 was an exciting and informative event to be held in Guatemala. The event provided the latest advances in scientific research in North, Central and South Americas, discussion of the applicable standards and regulations governing development and use of high quality natural products in manufacturing phytocosmetics, personal care and for use in phytotherapy.
